Website Advertising Terms

1.  For Wild Horse Mesa Co-op Members that have paid their $25 member dues:  (See Member Dues).  Free private party ads for dues paying members only.  
2.  For private party ads from non-members:  $50 for real estate ads, $20 for other ads.  No charge if you are giving away an item for free or your party is a non-profit organization.
3.  For commercial ads from real estate agents and other businesses:  Send email request for current website advertising rates.  (Contact Co-op for advertising rates for the Mesa Messenger newsletter.)
4.  Ads will be removed when item is sold or will expire after 6 months, unless renewed.  You may also report an item status as Sale Pending until the sale is completed or the offer is retracted or expires.
5.  We reserve the right to refuse, limit, verify, correct or remove any ad at our sole discretion, for any reason.
6.  You agree to check your ad for accuracy and to promptly report (within 7 days) any errors for correction.  You agree that our maximum liability for any dispute that may arise shall be limited to a refund of your advertising fees paid.  You agree to release and hold harmless the webmaster, website owner, publisher and the Co-op officers and board members from all liability, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
7.  Placing an ad shall indicate that you have read and accept these advertising terms, which are subject to change.
8.  Email your ad information and questions to the webmaster.
